The Life Sciences Society, a California non-profit public benefit corporation, would not exist without the generous support of its members, its publication affiliates, and the generous gifts from the Hewlett Packard Corporation. In order to protect contributors' income tax deductions, Life Sciences Society is in the process of applying for a determination by the IRS that the Society meets the requirements.
