The registration desk is open on Monday for early check-in, convenient walk-in registration, or for Tutorial check-in.
Advance Registration
To qualify for Advance Registration, online registration must be completed by 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Saving Time,
Monday August 2, 2010. Registration forms and payment by mail must be received by Monday, August 2, 2010.
Late Registration fees apply thereafter.
Registration Fees
The student rate is available only to students enrolled in accredited degree programs at the undergraduate or graduate level.
We regret that postdocs and attendees at continuing education or extension programs, or correspondence schools are not eligible to receive
student discount rates. If you claim the student rate, please specify the institution that you are attending on the registration form, and
bring with you evidence of current enrollment (Spring, Summer, or Fall Term 2010). You will be asked to show your evidence at the registration desk.
Group registrations are available an a limited, first come first served basis. A minimum of five people are required to form a group. You must assemble your
own group; CSB2010 will NOT organize your group. Send your group information by email to registration@csb2010.org
and you will be given a group discount code for use with the online registration.
All fees are in US dollars. You can use VISA, MasterCard, AmEX, or PayPal to register online.
Mail registration may be paid by company
or personal checks or money orders which must be in US Dollars drawn on US banks. Personal checks are subject to delay of 1 to 2
weeks until the check clears the bank. Make checks payable to "LSS" and send to:

Tutorial registration includes:
• Choice of AM and PM sessions (registration for specific sessions is not required)
• Notes/supplemental material for the tutorials will be electronic. Extra extension cords for laptop power and wireless guest accounts for downloads will
be provided.
• Coffee breaks during each tutorial session
• Lunch (includes students attending one session only)
Wire Transfers
Wire Transfers are an additional service; a processing fee of $50 is required and must be received by August 2, 2010.

Invitation Letters
Visa letters should be requested at the same time as registration. Only confirmed and paid registrations will be sent invitation letters.
As visas can take several weeks or longer to obtain, we encourage our international attendees to register as early as possible.
Registration Confirmation
Online registrations will be confirmed by email as soon as your credit card company approves the charges. Mail registrations will be
confirmed within 48 hours of receiving your registration. If you do not receive confirmation, please email us at
registration@csb2010.org.
Cancellation/Substitutions
• A $50 fee applies to all cancellations.
• Cancellations must be requested by email
(registration@csb2010.org)
by August 2, 2010.
• Send substitution requests with the name of the replacement to
registration@csb2010.org.
Proceedings
Additional copies of Conference Proceedings (CD) will be available only to attendees/registrants at the conference
registration desk.
